Etiquette Recruitment and Staffing (ERS) NHS Trusts service supplies care and nursing staff to cover temporary shortages or to cover peaks in workload.  We have all read about the staff shortages in the NHS but in a lot of cases these shortages are short term or over seasonal periods which in many cases are difficult to predict.  If it is a mild winter the result is that you have less A&E admissions from trips and falls of the elderly, you have less admissions from cold and winter ailments such as flu viruses and therefore the demand on the ward beds increases.  As budgets are tightly managed one of the biggest challenges faced is the scheduling of resources and trying to predict the consequences of staff shortages. With ERS and our provision of highly skilled nursing and care assistants we can ease those resource challenges whether it is staffing or budgetary, you will not need to over resource long term contracts or employing on a permanent basis planning for the unknown.

We can and do also work with the patient and assist in their transition from the hospital back to their home, thus releasing much needed beds.

If you wish to discuss what we can do in more detail please either contact us via telephone and discuss with our management team or alternatively drop us an email and we will call you back at a convenient time.
